About the role Overend Constructions' is seeking an experienced Joiner/Cabinet Maker to join our team in Healesville, Victoria. This is a full-time position responsible for the manufacture and installation of high-quality custom joinery and cabinetry for residential and commercial projects. What you'll be doing Interpreting design drawings and specifications to create detailed production plans Operating woodworking machinery and tools to fabricate joinery and cabinet components Assembling and installing custom joinery, including bespoke kitchens, vanities, built-in furniture and more Ensuring all work complies with relevant building codes and industry standards Collaborating with project managers, designers and site teams to deliver exceptional outcomes Maintaining a clean and organised workspace to support efficient and safe operations What we're looking for Formal qualification in Carpentry, Joinery or Cabinet Making Minimum 3-5 years' hands-on experience in a similar role Strong working knowledge of woodworking machinery, power tools and construction methods Excellent attention to detail and the ability to interpret technical plans and specifications A keen eye for craftsmanship and the ability to deliver high-quality, bespoke joinery Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team A commitment to workplace health and safety What we offer At Overend Constructions', we are committed to providing a supportive and collaborative work environment.
