We aim to meet and exceed the expectations of our clients and stakeholders. We are seeking a Client Services Manager to lead and manage our Support Services Team. About the Role:As the Client Services Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic, operational and change-related management of Aberstone & Compassion Support Services. You will provide leadership and ensure the day-to-day delivery of services meets the highest standards.Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:Ensure clients receive the highest standards of support and care.Lead and manage the Support Work Services team.Ensure onboarding, orientation and probation requirements are met for all new workers.Collaborate with Community Service Team Leaders to maintain roster coverage after hours.Promote professional growth and development of staff.Ensure adherence to Aberstone Compassion brand by all team members.Provide support to Community Support Team Leaders.Lead implementation and improvement of Aberstone & Compassion's risk management framework, including emergency management planning.Ensure compliance reporting to regulatory agencies and funding partners.Identify risks and opportunities for growth.Promote continuous improvement and implementation of Aberstone & Compassion's OH&S Systems, policies and procedures to ensure a healthy and safe workplace.Ensure effective and efficient provision of administrative and program support to meet the needs of the organisation.Manage and implement restrictive practices reporting, including mandated reporting to the NDIS Quality and Safeguard Commission (QSC) via 24-hour, 5 day, monthly and 60 day reports.Report unauthorised restrictive practices through Aberstone & Compassions internal system, NDIS, QSC and DHS.Collaborate with participants, positive behaviour support practitioners, legal guardians/plan nominees and support workers to implement behaviour support plans.Review data to identify trends and areas of development/organisational risk.Train support workers in implementing restrictive practices.Identify areas of professional development in staff supervision.Mitigate and eliminate the use of restrictive practices wherever possible.Experience in leading and developing staff and/or internal/external training.Successful experience in establishing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, including government agencies and other providers.Ability to influence decisions, lead change and identify solutions for complex issues.Experience in setting objectives, performance targets and management, budget management etc.Knowledge and understanding of the disability services sector and key issues facing organisations.Good understanding of the NDIS and its infrastructure.Ability to prioritise workloads and delegate effectively, working under pressure to achieve demanding deadlines.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Strong interpersonal skills, with effective negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.Ability to collaborate and work positively and as part of a team.NDIS Workers Check.Working with Children Check.Completion of NDIS Orientation Module.Infection Control Training and Refreshers every two years.Good knowledge and understanding of restrictive practices.Demonstrating leadership to achieve vision.Genuine commitment to organisational improvement.Listening and responding to client/service needs within organisational guidelines.Ability to handle stressful and adverse situations.Contributing openly and confidently with team members in a respectful manner.Recognising internal and external feedback as opportunities for growth.Sharing a sense of accountability and responsibility.Demonstrating interest in personal and professional development in line with Aberstone & Compassion's mission.Rewards: Attractive base salary.Laptop and mobile phone provided.Flexible working environment to suit your family and lifestyle.
