Role: Educational Leader Centre: Goodstart Semaphore Park Employment Type: Part time 30hr per week, 12-month fixed term As an Educational Leader at Goodstart, you'll collaborate with Educators in your centre to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children. You'll deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Working closely with the centre leadership team, you'll lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice. About Goodstart Semaphore Park 70 place centre with children ranging from 6 weeks to 6 years of age. Close to local schools, and 10 minutes' drive to Port Adelaide Plaza shops.
