Preferred Qualifications:
* A minimum of 2 years experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager in a high-end dining establishment, showcasing your ability to lead and inspire a team.
* Proven expertise in team management and guest engagement, with a passion for delivering outstanding service.

* Responsible Service of Alcohol Competency Card (NSW).
