Duties include:
Manage a large number of bookings and catering.
Plan menus and price menu items.
Cook and prepare entrees, mains, desserts, and other menu items.
Follow food safety procedures, occupational health and safety procedures, and maintain hygiene.
Train kitchen staff.
Communicate with management on profit margins, estimate food labor costs, and negotiate supply orders.
Check the quality of food items and conduct stocktakes.
Must have 2 years of work experience and a relevant qualification in commercial cookery or hospitality management.

Pay: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
