Working closely with the Loss Prevention Manager, Business Operations Support Manager, and Store Operations, this role will focus on supporting the store team in ensuring the highest level of standards in policy and procedure are achieved. A focus of this role will be to ensure the safety and well-being of our employees and company assets.This role will require you to be rostered across a variety of shifts including late night trading, weekends, and public holidays.Key Responsibilities:Perform Covert Loss Prevention on the sales floor to identify potential theft.Proactively deter theft by involving the Store Operations team in the implementation of key Loss Prevention procedures.Ensure Inventory Accuracy through cycle counts, stock takes, and proactively clearing store clouds alerts and notices.Partner with Loss Prevention and Business Operations Support (BOS) to manage and resolve all field investigations.Ensure policy and procedures of internal controls are implemented through audits.Work with key stakeholders to communicate, monitor and enforce operational standards.Operate, monitor, and utilize internal surveillance and security equipment.Essential Skills and Experience:Strong leadership skillsExcellent time management and ability to prioritize/multitask.Understanding of all UQAU policy, procedures, and best practice initiatives.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Understanding and respect for confidentiality and sensitive information.Great attention to details.Only candidates with full working rights and no restrictions on working hours in Australia are eligible to apply for this position.UNIQLO follows a merit-based approach: if you have the talent, regardless of when you joined the company or your age, even after just a few years you may be entrusted with the management of a large-scale store.Career Advancement opportunities: Start your journey as a partner staff and progress within just 3 months by demonstrating your dedication and performance.
