About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated Service Desk Officer to join a dynamic team on an initial 6-month contract. While primarily based in Perth, you’ll need to be available for the occasional site visit to provide support during periods of staff leave. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to critical operations in a fast-paced and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support to ensure smooth IT operations. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently, with a focus on customer satisfaction. Assist in maintaining IT infrastructure and supporting end-users both remotely and on-site. Participate in site visits as required to backfill staff on annual or sick leave. About You: To excel in this role, you’ll need: A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Service Desk or similar IT support role. Strong knowledge of Microsoft environments and general IT systems. Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach. A valid Australian manual driver’s license. Availability to pass a medical and National Police Check (NPC).
