Are you our next Senior Geomatics Surveyor?
We are looking for an experienced Senior Geomatics Surveyor for our Survey & Inspection Team: a dynamic working environment consisting of highly educated, skilled, positive, innovative, and enthusiastic employees from many parts of the world and a myriad of backgrounds.
Reporting to the Survey & Geomatics Lead- Asia Pacific, this position is Perth based with some travel for offshore projects. The primary purpose of this role is to provide Geomatics support to the Survey and Inspection department, and to the DOF project teams.
As such, we are seeking an experienced and qualified Senior Geomatics Surveyor with a broad understanding of Geomatics principles, experience in a range of survey software and equipment, experience in the project coordination of data and the interpretations of data, and at least 200 operational days offshore as a Party Chief or Report Coordinator. Experience with geophysical equipment and geophysical data processing can be advantageous.

Requirements
* Degree or Diploma in Marine Sciences, such as a Geoscience or Hydrographic surveying Degree.
* Meet or exceed IMCA Guideline C001/C004 Rev2 Job Category S14 for Senior Data Processor or, S01 for Party Chief, or S11 for Senior Surveyor with a strong MBES data processing background.
* Experience in reporting and analysis.
* Document and data management experience.
* Client, contractor and supplier liaison.
* Good understanding of industry guidelines and specifications, such as IMCA or MTCS.
* Thorough understanding of survey and geomatics principles.
Experience with the following will be advantageous:
* Project and Vessel mobilisations.
* EIVA Software.
* LBL Systems.
* AUV, ROV, diving and inspection survey activities.
* Geophysical data acquisition and processing.
* GIS.
