About your role: Deliver an efficient and effective physiotherapy service for Atherton Hospital, through independent daily operational management, service prioritisation, demand management, administration service advocacy and resource management. Provide clinical practice supervision, orientation, mentoring, development and appraisal of less experienced physiotherapists, students and allied health assistants as appropriate, to ensure the maintenance of professional clinical standards. Work cooperatively and effectively by maintaining timely, open respectful communication (including accurate documentation and reporting) within multi-professional teams, with inmates and other health professionals, supervisors, and researchers as required.
