IGT has approximately 10,500 employees.The Role:Location: ConnecticutIGT’s iLottery team is looking for an iLottery Account Manager to join our Business Development team in reinforcing and improving our extensive range of digital initiatives!Responsibilities:Serve as the key interface to United States iLottery customers and manage lottery goals to optimize operating income.Align with marketing to formulate a yearly business plan for each customer account to expand relationships and uncover expansion opportunities.Coordinate the negotiation of sophisticated partner agreements that require technical, business model, and market alignment.Develop critical initiatives and drive consensus and execution plans across functional teams.Knowledge, Skills and Ability:Business strategy and market development expertise with analytical and business modeling skills.Ability to build great end-to-end customer experiences and open new growth opportunities.Proficiency in producing desired outcomes within a complex technical and business landscape.Independently lead cross-disciplinary virtual teams for moderately complex deals.Ability to negotiate and create successful long-term partnerships.Key interpersonal traits: Motivation, creativity, adaptability, ethics, data-based decision making, and willingness to take calculated risks.Qualifications:Demonstrated ability in lottery or gaming experience preferred.Proven experience in business development, consulting, marketing, sales, partner management, finance, legal, or relevant product development experience.Extensive experience managing external partners.Meaningful experience in structuring, influencing, negotiating, and managing complex commercial deals.Bachelor’s or equivalent experience in business or related field.Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.Ability to lead through ambiguity and drive towards successful outcomes.Keys to Success:• Foster innovationIGT is committed to sustaining a diverse workforce and creating a fair and inclusive culture. The estimated starting compensation range is $107,500 - $125,000. Actual pay may vary.Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Employees may be eligible for commission payments, discretionary bonuses, and other benefits. Programs are subject to eligibility requirements.All IGT employees have a role in information security. Annual training will be assigned as appropriate.
