Job Responsibilities
Management of day-to-day SHE activities Proactively manage and monitor SHE performance Take ownership of SHE standards, procedures and audits, ensuring ongoing compliance/regulatory requirements are met In conjunction with the SHE Lead, support ISO Audits Provide sound technical and legislative advice and expertise on all HSE matters Support SHE Lead with any incident/accident reporting protocol Prepare monthly SHE reports including Lost Time Injury Reporting (LTIR) to local and regional management Conduct and co-ordinate QSHE Committee meetings, activities and minutes Lead SHE investigations, prepare reports, and take action where required Maintain and manage hazard reporting, ensuring risks are appropriately managed, in accordance with company and regulatory requirements Ensure SHE knowledge remains current, regarding legal, regulatory, and company QSHE requirements Drive a positive and continuous improvement culture Candidate Background
Minimum 2-4 years' experience in a SHE/QSHE/OHS role Industry experience within a Manufacturing/Distribution industry (or closely related field) Preferably within a Manufacturing/Food environment Passion for employee safety and striving for best practice Understanding of Process Safety High-level attention to detail and display of analytical skills Ability to manage and navigate change in a dynamic, fast-moving environment Excellent IT Skills including intermediate to advanced Excel Willingness to work 5x days on-site This company is highly regarded as a market leader in their respective field. Remuneration for this role is up to 115k base + Super. This is a permanent, full-time position (on-site).
