We have an exciting new opportunity at PCE for a Supply Chain and Logistics Manager to join our manufacturing team.Whilst predominantly based at Head Office the role holder will be required to work from site at times and therefore may be required to work away from home on occasion.The Supply Chain Manager's role will be to manage our supply chain on a daily basis, drive efficiencies and ensure provide strategic direction to the Logistics Coordinator, ensuring efficient and timely execution of all delivery operations.Monitor and manage any betterment we can achieve with the project teams to enhance the processes.Develop further KPIs in line with the business plan to deliver excellence.Analyse delivery performance reports to ensure alignment with the plan and identify areas for improvement and project manage any actions ensuring the outcomes are effective.Ensure all Quality Assurance (QA) documentation is properly completed and uploaded before delivery to the site, maintaining compliance standards, while continuing to develop and implement any improvements where possible.Conduct thorough reviews of QA documentation for each supplier to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.Collate all the findings to allow for a full understanding of any trends and failings that can then be communicated to each supplier and develop a strategy to make sure the standards are met consistently.Production Control Lead and facilitate weekly supplier meetings across all projects, ensuring alignment on progress, issues, and delivery expectations in collaboration with the PMs for each project.Review the outcomes and engage with the suppliers or designers to facilitate the close-out of any actions from the meetings.Develop and manage KPIs to deliver defect-free products to the site first time, building strong relationships with the supply chain to keep delivering exceptional quality at the right price every time.Influence and coordinate internal manufacturing meetings, driving collaboration and addressing all production challenges to maintain project timelines.Constantly reviewing our position against the timelines solving and implementing any changes that may drive efficiencies and productivity.Lead and Manage the Distribution of the Project Master Installation Schedule and load Planners to all suppliers through the logistics coordinator, ensuring timely communication of updates and revisions to keep all stakeholders aligned with project timelines.Analyse weekly Planned vs Actual performance reports to ensure all units are accurately tracked in Ynomia while ensuring manufacturing targets are met in line with delivery schedules for each project.Participate in all weekly Project Team Meetings (PTMs) to stay updated on project progress, risks, and to avoid any surprises while maintaining cross-functional collaboration to give clarity to all team members.Attend all Design Review meetings to ensure your knowledge of the project is clear, allowing for clear communication of the supply chain requirements and expectations, facilitating alignment between design and operational teams.Reduce Lead times, collaborating with our supplier teams, pre-construction, design, and project teams, to drive shorter lead times from project award to site in line with the business KPIs to reduce these by 15 – 20%.Digital System compliance, for Novade and Ynomia Conduct a thorough analysis of Ynomia data to identify and address any unit-related issues, providing detailed reports on trends to feedback to suppliers to ensure timely resolution and continuous improvement and compliance.Lead the team ensuring clarity and direction to Utilise Ynomia to verify the production and delivery timelines of manufactured units, ensuring alignment with project schedules and contractual deadlines.Manage the analyses of the Novade platform to ensure that all observations are addressed promptly by both suppliers and the PCE team, managing accountability ensuring compliance with quality standards.Facilitate the reviewing of QA document reporting on Ynomia to ensure suppliers are completing required QA checks promptly, following contractual obligations and performance metrics.Engage with the BST team in the development of the digital platforms for the manufacturing, supply, and delivery areas of the business.Supply Chain Reviews Lead supply chain lessons learned project debriefs, project manage the outcomes from this to strive for operational excellence at all times.Communicate supplier-related issues to the relevant project teams (e.g., M&E, design) to ensure prompt resolution and alignment with project objectives.Prepare and present data-driven reports during quarterly factory visits, offering suppliers key insights and performance feedback to drive continuous improvement in line with the business objectives and divisional KPIs.Collaborate and manage the consolidation of the Project Manager's supplier matrix scores, compile the information into a comprehensive report, and analyze and identify any performance trends or areas for improvement in the supply chain.Facilitate and support the team in collating and logging in all necessary documentation for supplier approval in the Supply Chain Matrix.Facilitate supplier pre-let meetings in collaboration with Quantity Surveyors, ensuring a clear understanding of project requirements, cost estimates, and contractual obligations for each project.New Project Planning Develop and lead future workload projections for manufacturing, collating baseline casting numbers in collaboration with the Estimating and Pre-construction divisions.Lead and develop the supply chain matrixes.Evaluate and
