We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Storeperson to support our business operations and deliver on our customer-centric philosophy in Mackay, QLD.
This diverse role offers no two days the same, with responsibilities including receiving, storing, picking, and dispatching customer orders.

Your key responsibilities include:
* Receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming goods
* Picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders
* Operating a forklift to assist with despatch and receiving of goods
* Managing inventory and conducting cycle counts
* Using computer systems for data entry and managing freight
* Solving customer requests and resolving issues
You will work closely with a team of technical and sales experts who will provide valuable support.
To excel in this role, you will require:
* Previous experience in warehouse or pick/pack operations
* A current First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain one
* A valid forklift licence with counterbalance forklift experience
* Basic computer skills for data entry, with training provided
* Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
* An ability to work in a physically demanding environment
* Motivation to learn and progress into other roles within the company
* Experience with industrial products such as lifting and rigging is preferred but not essential
