Reporting to the Corporate Executive Account Manager, you'll have the opportunity to be part of an ambitious team, ensuring client satisfaction and helping achieve key business objectives. What You'll Do: Manage a portfolio of corporate accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention. Lead and manage a team of brokers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure effective service delivery. Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve revenue growth and exceed business objectives. Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular contact, meetings, and attending industry events. Act as the main point of contact for clients, offering expert advice and resolving issues in a timely manner. Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to identify new business opportunities, cross-sell, upsell, and handle renewals. Stay informed about industry trends and provide valuable insights to clients. Prepare and deliver professional presentations, proposals, and reports that highlight the benefits of our tailored insurance solutions. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in account management. What You'll Bring: Proven experience managing high-value corporate accounts with a track record of meeting revenue targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills at executive and senior levels. Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
