Job Description:
We are searching for a Front of House Receptionist and Customer Service Representative to join our team based in Chatswood. Reporting to the Team Leader, Customer Service, you will be part of a tight-knit and supportive team responsible for processing the daily operational needs of internal and external customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet visitors to the office, arrange couriers, and assist with general office housekeeping.
* Provide customer service support in the customer service call centre, including inbound and outbound calls, buddy training programs, and various departmental/organisational administration support set by management.
* Process orders, invoices, credits, returns, backorder management, consignment processing, and reconciliation, freight investigation, stock allocations, complaints, price checks, quotations, and order acknowledgements.
About You:
* You have customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
* You are proficient in SAP and MS Office Suite.
* You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* You can manage multiple priorities with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
* You are a team player but also able to work autonomously.
* You are highly organised with excellent time management skills.
