We have an opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional to join the team at Saké Restaurant & Bar The Rocks and The Cut, as a Pastry Chef!

What we are looking for
* Previous experience in a Pastry Chef role overseeing a Pastry Team or Department
* Proven experience in developing and executing creative products at a hatted level
* Knowledge on rostering, ordering and stock management for a small
* Experience prepping and executing mass amount of dessert items for functions and event
