Here at Mars Pet Nutrition Australia (MPNA) we have a brilliant opportunity for an Integrated Supply Planner (ISP) to join our well established and collaborative Supply Chain team. This role will be based out of the Woolworths Office (hybrid working) in Sydney.
As the ISP for Woolworths you will gain a rare insight into the customer supply chain and cover the entire MPNA portfolio into the customers Nationwide DCs in such a way as to maximise availability, predictability, service, and efficiency whilst minimising cost.
What would be your key responsibilities?
* Partner with Woolworths and Mars to ensure that orders and replenishment are supplied in full in line with targets and if not, work with relevant MPNA Sales and Supply associates to understand root causes (and provide Woolworths with OBSL service projections as necessary)
* Complete daily ordering requirements as per Woolworths’ system demand, in line with Mars’ truck utilisation and pallet configuration agreements.
* Partner with logistics teams to complete time sensitive daily operational reports each morning (including unsupplied cartons, delivery misses)
* Work closely with the Woolworths National Account Managers on event planning throughout the year
* Monitor stock age profile and warehouse turns to minimise write off and optimise DC ranging where appropriate
* Manage range review deletions and new lines minimising waste and maximising speed to market
* Assist with the alignment of all aspects of the Forecast between MPNA and the Customer i.e., NPD, Deletions
What are we looking for?
* Candidates with a natural flair and passion for building strong relationships
* Strong customer focus with the ability to balance business needs for both Mars and Woolworths
* Strong analytical and reporting skills
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft systems and experience in Enterprise Planning software is essential
The success of the role will be underpinned by strong internal stakeholder management, supplier and customer relationships and exceptional problem-solving skills. Help drive a collaborative and mutual relationships between Mars and the customer through professional engagement and interactions.
