The RoleAs an Intermediate Accountant, you will play an integral role in delivering taxation, financial, and business advisory services. You will work alongside experienced Partners and team members, with opportunities to deepen your expertise and build leadership capabilities. Your responsibilities will include: Preparing Financial Statements and Income Tax Returns for individuals, companies, trusts, partnerships, and SMSFs. Managing BAS, IAS, FBT, CGT, and PAYG compliance for clients. Collaborating with Partners on a diverse portfolio of clients. Assisting with annual workers' compensation and payroll tax reconciliations. Developing client relationships and delivering tailored solutions. Supporting and mentoring junior team members. About YouYou're a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to delivering high-quality service. To succeed in this role, you will need: A minimum of 2 years' experience in a Chartered or Business Advisory Practice. Proficiency in Xero and other accounting software (experience with enterprise systems is a plus). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong time management and organizational skills.
