About the role: We are seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager to join the friendly and supportive team at Juniper Annesley.
Ongoing close relationships are built between long-term staff, residents, their families, and the local community.
Whilst working in this rewarding role as our Clinical Nurse Manager you will oversee clinical and care services, collaborating with the Residential Manager and the multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, person-centered care.
In this role, you will provide clinical leadership, coordinate resident care, and facilitate the delivery of person-centered services at the site.
Working with the Residential Manager and Allied Health practitioners, you will ensure all services are delivered in a manner that maintains residents' quality of life and respects their individual rights.
This is a temporary position to cover maternity leave Key Responsibilities: Comprehensive clinical assessment and review of resident care needs Facilitate and coordinate the admission process for new residents Provide leadership and promote a collaborative approach to clinical and care staff to ensure delivery of person-centred care Actively support and work cohesively with the clinical care and allied health team Provide comprehensive review and oversight of residents' care needs and outcomes Monitor and minimise clinical risk and meet clinical quality KPIs Identify changes in residents care needs in support of appropriate AN -ACC classification and funding Identify and support the development and clinical capability of the clinical care team Review and investigation of clinical incidents Key requirements: Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA Relevant postgraduate studies - desirable Demonstrated experience in a leadership role in aged care Strong communication, problem solving skills, interpersonal skills and team work A comprehensive working knowledge of Legislation governing aged care including best practice guidelines and other relevant professional codes of practice Demonstrated working knowledge of continuous improvement, the Aged Care Act, Aged Care Quality Standards, AN-ACC funding, assessment processes and care planning Knowledge of OSH requirements in a health care setting Satisfactorily pass all relevant Key Personnel checks including Bankruptcy and Police Clearance What's on offer: Attractive remuneration plus 11.5% superannuation Non-profit values driven Western Australian aged care provider All employees have access to Juniperks an online platform that unlocks exclusive retail discounts, employee perks, wellness initiatives and peer acknowledgement Salary Packaging up to $18,550 per annum tax free Health Insurance discounts Employee Assistance Program with free counselling How to Apply: Don't miss this opportunity to join a supportive team in a rewarding role!
