The Role
You will be a part of this great Property Management Department as an important part of the team. The role will involve both in and out-of-office tasks, requiring this person to be efficient, organised, and work well autonomously. Training and support are provided to ensure you are successful and happy in the role.
9. NO weekends, NO Trust Accounting, NO BDM
10. Capped, manageable portfolio of just 70 properties
11. Liaising with landlords and tenants
12. Completing routines, entries, and exits
13. Managing arrears
14. Repairs & maintenance
15. Carry out regular rent and lease reviews
16. Cloud-based software
The Successful Candidate:
17. 12+ months of previous Real Estate experience
18. QLD Certificate of Registration
19. Strong organisational skills & attention to detail
20. Solid written & verbal communication skills
21. Outstanding telephone manner & time management
22. Valid driver's license
