What the role looks likeReporting to the Head of Portfolio Construction, you will deliver meaningful external and internal communications on the CareSuper investment program.
As a key contributor in the following areas you will:
Develop and execute the strategic direction for all investment related content at CareSuperSupport the visual and written content of the investment teamManage public relations, media and related activities of the CIO and investment functionDeliver the investments external communications programWork autonomously to prepare presentations and external documents focused on the investment program and fund performanceBuild strong working relationships across Investment functions and other Divisions within CareSuperDevelop a strong understanding of the CareSuper investment process, including the ability to articulate clearly the fund's approach to ESGManage and execute the team's responses to member queries on investments as escalated to the investment teamWho Are We Looking For?We're on the lookout for passionate individuals who embody our values.
If you have the following, we want to hear from you:
A strong understanding of Investments as they relate to Superfunds and our membersThe ability to understand the investment strategy, what is happening within the broader investment portfolio and in external markets, so it can be meaningfully communicated to internal and external partiesA good understanding of ESG so you can broadly communicate CareSuper's approach to Environmental, social and governance responsibilitiesStrong written communication skills with the ability to turn the complex into meaningful communication for a broad audienceThe ability to prepare presentations for varying levels of understandingThe ability to develop a communications strategy that works for the investments programExperience in an external communications role within Financial Services, preferably within an investments environmentStrong relationship building skillsRelevant Tertiary qualificationsWhat's in It for You?Join a super fund that's soaring to new heights.
