You will inspire students through dynamic lectures, tutorials, practicals, and workshops, while also coordinating subjects, assessing student performance, and providing support through consultations. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of subject content and teaching materials, with opportunities to explore pedagogical research and drive innovation within the School’s teaching practices.Your responsibilities will include:Deliver select lectures, tutorials, practicals and/or workshops.Contribute to the coordination, development and delivery of subject modules and subject/course material, with particular focus on First Year teaching in Physics.Contribute to the development, marking and compilation of assessments, including assignments and examinations.Participate in current teaching and assessment best practice initiatives in the School of Physics and Faculty of Science.Provide academic mentoring and assistance to students.Contribute to teaching innovation in the School.Provide training, mentoring and ongoing support for teaching practices within the School.Who We Are Looking ForYou will be deeply passionate about both physics and education, with a strong commitment to enhancing student learning and fostering curiosity and critical thinking.
