StaffCo, a thriving and proudly Australian-owned business, is on the move, and we're looking for dynamic individuals to join our team. Due to our booming growth, we are seeking an experienced recruitment consultant or junior account manager to start ASAP. This role will be Monday – Friday based in Murarrie and visiting client sites in the local area. Daily Workforce Management: Create and maintain accurate rosters ensuring adequate coverage to meet operational demands while balancing availability. Provide people management support for candidates and resolving any performance or attendance issues as they arise. Monitor contractor performance issues Update contact details and skills changes in database Respond and escalate candidate queries and issues Managing various rosters Handling of emails, phone calls and client request Talent Attraction: Follow appropriate recruitment methodology for permanent and contract recruitment Prepare and post advertisements Manage applicant responses Screen applicants via telephone and face-to-face Conduct interviews with applicants Coordinate assessment centres Safety First: Prioritize and enforce safe work practices throughout our operations. Comply with policies and procedures relating to Hazards, incidents, and injuries, and take appropriate corrective action Client Collaboration: Collaborate closely with key client stakeholders, including hiring managers and shift managers. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements, and providing tailored solutions to meet their staffing needs. Process Improvement: Work on process improvements to meet and exceed client expectations. Qualifications: We are happy to train!
