Job Title: Automation Leader

Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and monitor workflows through automated distribution centre, optimising capacity, velocity, accuracy and efficiency.
* Monitor product flows, processing equipment and order completion progress, identifying areas for improvement and coordinating actions to maintain high system performance.
* Analyse product and order flow through the facility, identifying areas for process enhancement and optimisation.
* Become a subject matter expert in automation control systems, maintaining and optimising control system configuration settings to maximise performance.
* Identify system performance trends, faults and deviations, planning and coordinating response and recovery actions.
* Provide leadership to Flow Control team, collaborating with colleagues and departments to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in operations role, preferably in fast-paced distribution centre or order fulfilment environment.
* Experience in planning, process control or workflow control, with capability to measure and monitor processes.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to build strong relationships.
* Ability to operate in dynamic, fast-paced environment, responding to unplanned events and changing data.
* Deep understanding of safety protocols and risk management, with commitment to ensuring safety in all aspects of operations.
