Reman Services Site Leader
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Reman Services Site Leader to join our team in Welshpool, WA. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for promoting safety awareness, ensuring a strong safety culture, and driving business growth.
Responsibilities
* Foster a safety-first culture within the site and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
* Lead daily production meetings and provide regular performance feedback to direct reports, coaching employees and contingent workforce for development and growth.
* Manage customer relationships through regular joint meetings, aligning delivery performance with customer needs and expectations to maintain high customer satisfaction.
* Meet P&L budget and expenditure targets, achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) including Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.
* Co-develop effective tactical plans and objectives, executing on those plans to meet company goals and objectives.
* Responsible for regular operational process and procedural reviews, collaborating with engineering, quality, and EHS functions.
Requirements
* Minimum 7 years' experience in repair and re-manufacturing operations of highly engineered industrial products or equivalent.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in leadership roles, including building, growing, and leading teams of direct skilled workers.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in customer-facing roles with high-impact customer interactions.
* Trade qualifications in either Mechanical or Electrical background.
* Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with a bias towards action and continuous improvement.
* Ability to influence and lead, with frequent high-impact communication with OHV leadership and key customer interfaces.

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
