The Opportunity
Reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing, this role based at the iconic Taronga Zoo Event Centre and acts as our first impression to our guests Tuesday - Saturday! This role is ideal for a customer focused professional looking for a dynamic and fun work environment.
Responsibilities include:
1. Answering & directing calls
2. Assisting guests with their enquiries over the phone and in-person
3. General administration as required
4. Exceptional communication skills
5. Friendly nature
6. Efficient & accurate
7. Ability to work proactively & unsupervised
8. Assisting the sales and events team with administration tasks
9. Management of general inbox including initial response to event enquiries
