Leading Commercial Developer/Builder committed to delivering high-quality projects across industrial, commercial and infrastructure projects seeking an experienced Contract Administrator/Project Coordinator to join their dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Working closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager across administrative duties
* Document Control and maintenance of existing filing systems and document registers
* Contract Correspondence including Site Instructions, RFI’s, EOT’s and Variations
* Obtain planning, infrastructure and development approvals
* Scheduling and Timeline Management
* Stakeholder Communication
* Assisting with the preparation of handover documentation
* Preparation of monthly project cost report
Qualifications and Skills:
1. A bachelor's degree in construction management, project management, civil engineering, or a related field preferred.
2. Previous experience in project coordination/contract administration or a related role and on Data Centres essential.
3. Familiarity with the construction phases, project scheduling, and budget management is crucial.
4. Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time-management abilities.
5. Proficient in relevant software applications, such as Microsoft Office and project management tools.
