Job Title: Client Executive
We are seeking a Client Executive to join our Advertising Sales team.
This role will support the Client Partner by assisting in the planning and execution of sales initiatives aimed at specific major accounts. The primary focus will be on cultivating relationships, identifying opportunities, mastering account management skills, and driving revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work closely with the Client Partner to develop comprehensive sales strategies tailored to specific major accounts.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify key decision-makers, influencers, and pain points within each account.
• Develop strategic account plans outlining objectives, action steps, timelines, and success metrics.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with overall organisational goals and objectives.
• Develop and implement effective sales tactics, including prospecting, networking, and relationship-building activities.
• Utilise consultative selling techniques to uncover client needs and position products or services as solutions, and identify up selling opportunities.
• Monitor sales performance, track progress against targets, and take proactive measures to address any deviations or obstacles.
• Proactively engage with key stakeholders within assigned accounts to build and maintain strong relationships.
Requirements:
• Digital marketing experience is preferable but not essential.
• Collaborative team player with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Strong communication and written skills, and ability to deliver a message clearly.
• Passionate about the media and advertising industry, with a keen interest in emerging trends.
• Ability to understand client needs to support the team in developing and crafting solutions.
• Working knowledge of MS Office.
• Be able to multitask and manage competing priorities.
• Adaptability to changing environment (new selling solutions, products, ways of working).
• Previous Sales experience desirable.
• Experience in Salesforce desirable but not mandatory.
