This temporary role involves providing exceptional customer service and operational support for clients, including managing accounts, loans and online banking. You will assist with banking system maintenance, transactional operations and compliance tasks.
Key Responsibilities: Client Services: Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries, including account opening, maintenance, and transactional support. Provide technical assistance for online banking. Resolve client concerns or escalate to the Manager as needed.
Banking Operations: Process a range of banking transactions and perform system maintenance. Complete daily reconciliations and batch processing activities. Maintain and update records for accounts, loans and other financial products.
Compliance & Risk Management: Adhere to banking regulations and internal policies. Ensure confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive client information.
Requirements: Experience in banking or credit union operations, with a focus on transactional banking. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in banking systems, databases, and Microsoft Office. Attention to detail and a proactive, service-oriented mindset. National Police Clearance.
