This branch plays a key role in shaping the strategic vision, fostering consistency, equity, and sustainability within the Scheme.About the RoleAs an EL1 Business Analyst, you will take on complex and dynamic work that drives impactful results. Reporting to team leadership, this position will be responsible for managing issues and risks across multiple activities, coordinating team efforts, and advancing initiatives with key stakeholders. The successful candidate will represent the organisation in forums and negotiations, supporting its goals and interests. Lead the planning, production, and delivery of strategic intelligence outputs.Analyse and document current business processes to establish baseline understanding.Facilitate process design improvements by conducting thorough business and systems process analysis.Deliver program/stream level analysis and produce required documentation.Support Product Owners with user story elaboration, acceptance criteria, and process mapping.Evaluate proposed solutions for effectiveness and oversee business requirements transition to development teams.Conduct systems testing to ensure solutions meet business requirements.About youTo thrive in this role, you need:Data Analysis: Ability to analyse data to identify trends and insights.Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile or Kanban frameworks.Business Analysis Tools: Proficiency in tools such as Jira and Confluence.Process Improvement: Experience in recommending and implementing process improvements.Cross-functional Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-disciplinary team members.Be able to pass and hold a national police check and worker screening check.Must be an Australian Citizen.To apply, please submit your updated resume and a brief cover letter detailing your relevant experience.
