About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our Cover Supervisor Team at Queen Elizabeth II High School. You will be involved with delivering learning activities for individuals/groups and short-term supervision for whole classes, monitoring pupils’ learning and reporting back to the teacher.
The primary focus will be to maintain good order and to keep pupils on task. You will need to respond to questions and generally assist pupils to undertake set activities.
To do well in this role, you will need a passion for engaging young people with their education so that no learning time is lost, as well as strong communication skills and the ability to work alongside a wide range of colleagues at our school.
