The Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Credit Manager to join our finance team. This busy and varied role is ideal for a dedicated professional with a passion for finance, leadership, and process improvement. You’ll be responsible for guiding, mentoring, and managing a team with diverse skill levels, bringing out the best in each team member and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you’ll drive the development of our SAP Customer & Accounts Receivable systems, refine credit procedures, and support customer account management with empathy and professionalism. Your role will involve creating an environment where clear communication, consistent support, and goal alignment keep the team motivated and performing at its best.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide effective leadership and development to the credit team, encouraging collaboration and productivity.
2. Oversee credit management, including customer credit reviews, and maintain up-to-date credit policies and controls.
3. Lead SAP system improvements and collaborate with Customer Service to enhance functionality. SAP experience essential.
4. Implement efficient credit processes and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
5. Support workplace health and safety compliance and promote a safe working environment.
