This role leads the Level 3 Observability team in designing, building, and running the Observability practice. It drives the shift from reactive to predictive technology management using advanced tools and data. As part of Network Secure Services, the team covers L3 support, tools, ML Ops, onboarding, L2 support, product management, and analytics. Key responsibilities include leading service delivery, driving adoption of observability tools (Splunk, App-D, Elastic, OTEL), enabling AI-Ops, optimizing data use, and improving customer experience. The role ensures KPI achievement and high satisfaction across enterprise technology domains. What do I need?
