+ Superannuation & Salary Sacrifice Benefits Full Time, Contracted Role up to 12 months About the roleThe Infrastructure Support Officer is responsible for providing system support and maintenance, including problem identification and resolution, system changes and day to day support for SA Pathology staff and stakeholders, to optimise the value of IT infrastructure, including: working collaboratively with service providers' architecture, application development and security teams to maintain and enhance IT infrastructureworking with vendors and their application support teams during system implementations and supporting ongoing enhancements and changes to optimise SA Pathology's benefits and value from systems and business applicationsproviding personal computer and software support to SA Pathology Directorates.
