Relocation assistance is also available to ensure a smooth transition into your new role.Generous leave entitlements: 6 weeks annual leave, 15 days personal leave, and paid study leave for your professional development.Key Responsibilities Support mothers and their families with psychological and/or environmental challenges, offering support from the birth of their baby until the age of 3.Utilise a strengths-based approach to enable the mother and family to enhance their coping skills, parenting skills, encouraging safety in the home and promoting infant nutrition.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective and cost-efficient client care, including referrals, case conferences, and follow-ups with specialists and welfare agencies.You will carry a case load of up to 30 clients, proactively being involved in reflective practice, case reviews and community of practice.Selection CriteriaCurrent AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse (no restrictions).Current unrestricted driver's license.Current NT OCHRE clearance.National Criminal History Check (non adverse).Up to date immunisation status.Demonstrated experience in Maternal and Child Health, particularly in a remote setting.Experience working with, and knowledge of, Indigenous primary healthcare needs.Full working rights in Australia.How to ApplyPlease click 'Apply Now'.
