About the Role:
* Providing accurate, honest, and up-to-date immigration advice and assistance to prospective and existing clients.
* Preparing, reviewing, and lodging applications (incl. visa applications, skills assessments, nominations, RCB applications and submission letters).
* Preparing/assisting clients with migration-related documents (stat decs, forms etc).
* Collation and management of matter specific documentation.
* Managing the Migration Manager matter file, including progress tab updates, files notes, documents, portal management and scheduling.
* Liaising with the Department of Home Affairs as and when required.
* Working within the guidelines of the Migration Agent’s Code of Conduct.
* Working closely with the Partners, other Agents and Migration Coordinators in a close-knit team.

About You:
We’d love to speak with you further if you have:
* Graduate Diploma in Australian Migration Law and Practice.
* A minimum of 2 years industry experience (current MARA registration essential).
* Proficiency in the use of Migration Manager and LegendCom.
* Current Professional Indemnity Insurance.
* Ability to self-motivate with enhanced time management and prioritisation skills.
* An intermediate knowledge of MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Strong communication skills – written and verbal - and high-level interpersonal skills.
* The ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
