You will also provide essential support to HR management with administrative and project tasks.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment: Manage job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiations. Collaborate with hiring managers to define recruitment strategies and ensure a seamless recruitment process.Onboarding: Prepare offer letters, complete new employee checklists, and facilitate a thorough induction process. Provide continuous support to new employees to ensure a smooth transition.Offboarding: Oversee the end-of-employment process, ensuring a smooth transition for departing employees and their managers.HR Support: Assist with general administration tasks, including diary management, meeting room preparation, and reception relief.
