What you will do as the Payroll ManagerResponsibilitiesAs our Payroll Manager, working under limited direction you will be responsible for a range of critical functions some of which include:leading a small team in the provision of customer focused payroll servicesdeveloping, implementing and monitoring the systems, processes, standard operating procedures and controls that facilitate the accurate and on time delivery of the payworking collaboratively with colleagues from our outsourced payroll provider, managing the contract and ensuring service levels are adhered to.
