Privately owned food exporter located in Frenchs Forest is seeking an experienced Export Logistics Coordinator to join their team. Whilst the role is full-time there is also an offering of flexibility around a shorter working day.
To be an eligible candidate you must have experience in export documentation and logistics processes.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Coordinating freight bookings for customers and updating shipment details. Advising customers on any changes with relation to shipping details. Preparing and revising documents for air and sea shipments. Liaising with suppliers to ensure product availability to meet delivery times. Creating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets. Providing assistance to sales and other team members. General office and administrative tasks. Experience & Skills Required:
Enjoy working with customers and providing exceptional service. Great communication skills - both written and verbal. Excellent time management skills and ability to work across a variety of tasks. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. The ability to work in a team environment. Take initiative and ownership of your duties and responsibilities. Attention to detail with accurate and efficient data entry skills.
