Work-from-home options are available for the right candidate.Work hours: 8.30am – 5pm (Monday – Friday) – roster rotation every 3rd Saturday – open homes only.No trust accounting or new business required – however, bonus payments for referred new business – 1 week's rent.What’s on offer: $80,000 - $90,000We look forward to hearing from you – ideally, you live locally and don’t have to travel too far to get to the office – your work-life balance is very important to us.Happy Property Manager = Happy Landlords and Happy Tenants!!!What we are looking for in the ideal candidate:You are self-motivated and willing to go the extra mile for our customers.You are familiar with Property Me, Outlook, Inspect Real Estate, Ignite, Docu-Sign.You don’t consider Property Management as a job – you love to be a Property Manager and enjoy working autonomously.You love to make this portfolio your own and are able to keep stakeholders in the loop of what’s going on.You have a solid understanding of Property Management and are a great communicator.You keep your rent arrears at a minimum and are in contact with landlords, tenants, and trades – both via email and via phone or in person where possible.You are a champion with entry and exit condition reports – attention to detail is in your DNA.You are able to maintain great relationships with all tradespeople – you know how to get the best out of your trades.You are familiar with RTA regulations and have attended QCAT at least once in your life - and hopefully came out with a win.You are a great negotiator when it comes to lease renewals or approvals – whether it be applications or maintenance.You must be available to work on a roster rotation – every 3rd Saturday – usually, all open homes are conducted in the morning and you will still be able to enjoy the majority of the weekend after your open homes.You have a great sense of humour and roll with the daily punches of property management.You have a current driver's licence and a current Qld Real Estate Registration Certificate.You are an experienced Property Manager and you know how to deal with all aspects of Property Management.How do your skills match this job?Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?How many years' experience do you have as a property manager?Have you completed a Real Estate Sales Representative course?
