The Position
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner for a 6-month temporary role, with potential for a permanent position. The ideal candidate will quickly build strong relationships and effectively address the daily challenges faced by line managers. This role allows you to join a dynamic team within a diverse organization, collaborating with leaders at all levels, providing hands-on HR support, and engaging in initiatives such as enterprise bargaining and site drug and alcohol testing.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop trusted partnerships with leaders to provide expert HR and employee relations advice.
2. Foster a positive organizational culture in line with policies and legislation.
3. Provide timely, practical solutions to employee and operational challenges.
About You
1. Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR or significant experience in HR business partnering or generalist roles.
2. Generalist experience across various HR functions is desirable.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR-related software.
4. Committed to ongoing personal and professional development.
5. Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information professionally.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
7. Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively.
