About The Role As a Maintenance Officer you will be responsible for the delivery of a high standard of property services, including repairs and maintenance, to ensure a comfortable and safe environment for our residents. Duties
6. Provide repairs and maintenance support to the care home across a wide scope of activities including; landscaping and garden maintenance; general repairs; waste removal; painting and test and tagging
7. Assist in the sourcing of appropriate service providers and contractors, utilising relevant IT and purchasing systems
8. Assist in the management of Property Services projects
9. Ensure compliance with Work Health and Safety and Property Services Quality Assurance procedures
Skills and Experience
10. Experience in Property Maintenance and Building Works
11. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
12. Experience in Occupational Health and Safety
13. The ability to solve problems independently
