About the Role : As an Organisational Change Manager, you will be instrumental in assessing, designing, and delivering change management activities across various projects. Your work will directly support strategic objectives and enhance the delivery of digital healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities : Develop and implement change management strategies.Lead change readiness assessments and manage stakeholder relationships.Contribute to innovation and business improvement strategies.Evaluate change management activities for continuous improvement.Maintain an understanding of the Agency's role and responsibilities.Influence and advise on effective change management practices.Skills and Experience : Proven experience in organisational change management.Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.Ability to manage complex situations and information.Experience in the government sector is highly desirable.Excellent organisational and analytical abilities.Qualifications : Relevant tertiary qualifications are desirable.Eligibility / Other Requirements : Work Rights : Australian citizenship required.
