$32.50 – $37.50 per hour + overtime + bonus
Green Square Dermatology is a specialist medical practice located in Waterloo, just south of Sydney. Our dermatologists are qualified experts in the diagnosis and management of disorders affecting the skin, hair and nails of our patients.
We are looking for someone who is friendly, genuine and empathic that can help make our patient's experience a positive one. The successful applicant will become a core member of our reception team, managing our patient's reception experience, bookings, billings and medical records.
The current work schedule is 2-4 days per week, plus being available for at least 1 Saturday per month. The hours available can be flexible, but generally fall within a daily mix of the following ranges:
* 8:30am - 5:00pm or 10:00am - 6:30pm, Monday to Friday; and occasionally
* 8:30am - 2:00pm Saturday.
There will be an opportunity for full-time employment, for the right applicant.
Experience required.
General reception, phone and billing experience is definitely preferred for this position. Any medical terminology associated with dermatology will be taught on-the-job, so candidates who are new to this specialization (or healthcare in general) are also welcome.

* Be a team player. Must be able to work well and co-ordinate with other staff.
* Be reliable. Must be reliable, punctual and honest.
Remuneration.
Variable depending on your experience. There are also plenty of opportunities to earn more with overtime and Saturday penalty rates.
We provide staff uniforms so you don't have to agonise over what to wear to work!
We're also very close to public transport so getting home shouldn't be a problem, plus there are plenty of shops and parks nearby.
