Reporting into the Senior HR Manager, your responsibilities will include: Collaborate with the Senior HR Manager to implement HR strategies that enhance employee performance, engagement, and culture. Provide expert HR advice to managers and staff, ensuring compliance with policies and legislation across all people-related processes. Manage and support core HR processes, including performance reviews, development plans, onboarding, offboarding, and employee benefits. Drive employee relations efforts, including conflict resolution, grievances, workplace investigations, and compliance reporting. Partner on wellbeing, learning & development initiatives, and graduate recruitment programs to enhance employee satisfaction and retention. Maintain accurate HR records, policies, and systems, ensuring they meet legal requirements and reflect industry best practices.
