The Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to join our team in Rydalmere. This role is pivotal in providing project management expertise to ensure the successful delivery of various projects. The Project Manager will lead and direct activities including planning, delivery, identification and implementation of improvements, and ongoing communication.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and execute multiple projects across sales, marketing, customer support, including the call centre and service functions.
* Collaborate with representatives from other functional areas to resolve issues and improve service/delivery.
* Lead and direct project delivery within defined requirements, developing full-scale resource and timeline plans, and managing project budgets to meet set milestones.
* Develop and implement best-practice frameworks for idea gathering, proposal documentation, feasibility considerations, and sign-off processes.
* Ensure project plans are agreed upon at inception, and manage status, risk, progress, and milestone/deadline achievability.
* Construct requirement documentation and presentations.
* Act as the central point of contact for all projects in the sales and marketing program, managing stakeholder satisfaction, commitment, and expectations.
* Serve as a key resource for obtaining engagement documents (e.g., Statement of Work) and work with cross-functional teams to interpret all process documents.
* Report status and escalate issues to the Steering Committee.
About you
To be successful in this role you will have:
* Degree qualification(s) in a business discipline
* Project Management qualification (Waterfall, Agile, Prince2, Lean, Design Thinking, etc.)
* Extensive experience managing sales, marketing, IT and change projects within large organisations with a focus on digital transformation and business enablement.
* Experience in high-level program management, project planning, development, cost tracking and execution across multiple projects particularly in digital transformation and enablement
* Digital platform process, tool, and technology experience in key areas such as Customer Relationship Management (CRM), e-commerce, field and agent service enablement, and customer support/call centres
* Strong leadership and management skills, including the ability to provide a strategic vision and organise, motivate and manage staff and cross-functional teams in a complex environment
* Ability to facilitate workshops and advise on business process changes and improvements
* Work with senior stakeholders to define change strategy and implement all related change programs for the given project/business stream
* Enable continuous process improvements for all the project streams
