Contracts Administrator

As a Contracts Administrator, you will play a vital role in managing the administrative aspects of the projects, ensuring smooth operations and successful project delivery.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Managing contractual documentation and correspondence.
2. Reviewing, negotiating, and finalising contract agreements.
3. Preparing and issuing project variations and progress claims.
4. Coordinating subcontractor agreements and ensuring compliance.
5. Tracking project budgets, costs, and timelines.
6. Liaising with project stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
7. Assisting with project procurement and supplier management.
Requirements:
8. Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator in the construction industry.
9. Solid knowledge of contract law, construction methodologies, and industry practices.
10. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
11. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
12. Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
13. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
14. A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
15. Relevant qualifications in construction, project management, or a related field will be highly regarded.
