Opportunities
The RACV City Club is a social, leisure, and business hub designed to cater for all members' needs. As a Concierge/Porter, you will be the first and last point of contact for our guests and aid with tasks such as transporting luggage, arranging bookings, delivering messages, and valet parking.
Responsibilities
* Undertake day-to-day duties associated with directing guests and members
* Answer calls and assist with requests and general enquiries
Requirements
* Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a similar role
* Experience in a 4-5 star hotel or resort (Opera knowledge an advantage)
* Desire to deliver high-level customer service
* Excellent administration and organisational skills
* High attention to detail
* Team player and ability to work well under pressure
* Flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster
