PRA is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support our client who are a Global company that provides world-class water quality monitoring and disinfection control technology. You will play a pivotal role in driving customer experience and satisfaction, including providing remote technical support, facilitating service/calibrations and warranty claims as well as processing sales orders. Salary: $35phr super Please note, PR or Citizenship is essential for this role Responsibilities: Support the external sales team with quotations and customer support. Process all incoming sales orders, ensuring On Time Delivery (OTD) with the warehousing team. Respond to all incoming customer sales inquiries. Handle customer technical queries/complaints. Manage all service and calibration work with internal or external technical providers. Provide holiday and leave cover for warehouse staff. Create frequently asked questions, problem-solving decision trees, and how-to videos. Requirements: Previous customer service experience in an office environment. Technically trained with strong problem-solving skills Strong communication and conflict resolution skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based tools. Ability to work independently.
