Our Franchisor State Administration Team are a committed team of 70 based across every state in Australia. Day to day, the team interact and liaise with Harvey Norman, Domayne and Joyce Mayne Franchisee Companies, and make recommendations to their Proprietors, particularly in relation to their Franchisee Company Administration & Warehouse functions. About the role Supporting the General Manager of State Administration and Warehouse, and based onsite at the corporate office in Homebush West, you will be the primary point of contact for all external and internal inquiries. You will manage the General Manager’s schedule and commitments and provide briefings prior to meetings as needed. Responsibilities include; Creating and sending emails and corresponding from the State Administration Office. Confidently screening phone calls and effectively communicating to the General Manager. Reconciling and preparing purchase orders accounts and expenses for payment. Assisting with producing and compiling documentation, records, reports, insights, and presentations as needed. Preparing, analysing, and reporting on team KPIs. Managing travel arrangements, conference planning, and committee meetings. Supporting the investigation and development of new initiatives and coordinating them as required. Supporting other general office administrative tasks. About you You will have experience in an administrative role, demonstrating logical thinking, exceptional organisational skills, and strong time management abilities. You will thrive in a dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting. Your ability to manage multiple stakeholders with competing priorities will be essential. You will also have: Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to build strong professional relationships. Strong initiative and a proactive mindset. Able to work autonomously.
